Local Lenders List

								Agreement to the Local Lenders List.
					 
			You’re Duties – Company Duties (as a Home Mortgage Lender or Broker):

1.	To provide, superior Home Mortgage services to your clients and keep up a respectable image of your company as long as you are a member of the Local Lenders List.  Reflecting a bad image or insufficient service to your clients in turn reflects on our company and you will be subjected to termination from the Local Lenders List with no refund.  
 
2.	To provide the Local Lenders List with Proper information to be displayed on your link page and home page on our site.  Any wrong information that leads to you losing Home Mortgage leads is solely on you and not a fault of the Local Lenders List.  We are happy to change your Mortgage Companies information at any time if need be.

3.	Going along with #2 you as the Home Mortgage Lending Company must inform us of any changes made to your Companies information, in regards to Numbers – Names – Slogans – Web urls – Emails etc…  The Local Lender List it not responsible to look up all the Home Mortgage companies that we list and verify there information to obtain accuracy.

4.	To contact all the inquires (Mortgage Leads) that are automatically forwarded to you through the Local Lenders List websites contact form and/or random potential home loan clients that call you by viewing your information on your representation page thru the Local Lenders List website.  We would hope that all responses are done in a timely manner and in a business sense, so to provide a hassle free home mortgage experience and have the client put in a home loan that suits there needs financially and in the long term.

5.	Making sure all your Mortgage licenses are current and up to date according to the mortgage lending guide lines of your state.  When or if your Mortgage licenses expire or you decide to close your business for what ever reason you must inform the Local Lenders List so that we can remove you from our database. 

Local Lenders List Duties:

1.	We must list your Mortgage Companies information that has been provided to us by you, in the State and City and Zip code that you requested.

2.	We must have our site up and running with as little down time as possible.  We are currently running at a 99% up time capacity and plan to stay that way if by any chance there is a Natural Disaster or some unforeseen event the Local Lenders List can not be held responsible for the down time.  We do promise to do our best to get the site and or server up and running as soon as possible.

3.	We do understand that Mortgage Companies change and we will have some one available to make those changes for you on our site.  The changes will be done in a timely manner and at no cost to you the Home Mortgage Lender or Broker.

4.	To contact you back in a timely manner for any queries that you may have about our site and/or your link banner or representation page on our site.  The Local Lenders List values your information and your input so we will conduct ourselves in a respectable manner and expect the same from the Home Mortgage Lender or Broker or the contacting representative from your company.

Billing Information:

1.	You will be billed by our Parent company ZIA (Zone Internet Advertising) on the day and month that you sign up. You must first agree to the Z.I.A Terms and Agreements before you are forwarded to the purchase links.  There you can choose the type of plan you want and purchase it.

2.	The reoccurring bill will charge your account at the same time each year as long as you stay a member of the Local Lenders List.

3.	If you choose to cancel or are taken off the list for other reasons then you will not be charged the reoccurring bill.  You will not be given a refund if you decide to cancel after the original signing date or after the reoccurring billing date.

4.	Sign up fees are a one time fee only and can differ depending on the pricing plan you choose.  The Local Lenders List runs periodic specials where there is no sign up fees if you want more information ask our customer service rep…

5.	ZIA and all its subsidiaries including the Local Lenders List value your confidentiality and use Pay Pal as our Secure Server to transfer funds.  We accept all the major Credit Cards and E-Checks whatever Pay Pal can accept.
